I purchased the 3rd car in the family from this garage and I must say they haven't failed to put a smile on my face! Seen it online went to the garage the car was at the body shop and John took me down to see the car on Saturday and by Wednesday he made sure I drove the car away! Absolutely fault less! They made sure the car was safe for me to drive away with a few things needing to have been done which he pushed through for me! Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Bought a lovely low mileage example Citroen DS3 after a lengthy search of struggling to find the perfect one!

I phoned the garage to arrange a viewing of the vehicle, upon inspection I found a few minor things which I wanted rectified with the vehicle before I later placed a deposit down on the vehicle.

2 days later I received a phone call to say the vehicle was ready to collect, upon collecting the vehicle all the minor issues I had picked up had been rectified! Safe to say I was over the moon.

Overall I found the guys at AAA car sales top class salesman who made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process with out being pushy at all. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself thank you again guys!

I don't have one complaint with this company. They had a car I was very interested in... I placed £100 down (transferred over!) to secure the car & arranged a booking for 2 days later. Unfortunately, my boiler had gone bust... so I had to cancel my viewing of the car... & put some of the money saved for a car into getting a new boiler (nightmare!) fair to say I was guttered.. but the guys were very understanding... & I had no problems with getting my £100 deposit back. Will definitely be back looking at their cars when I'm financially stable again. I found them to be friendly staff and will support you with anything asked. Seen a lot of great reviews .. I can't comment on a car as I havnt bought one! But reading their reviews - they are superb at their job.

I bought a car from Triple A Car Sales in March and I must say I'm still happy with the car today. I walked into the car lot asking to see a Vauxhall Astra I had my eye on, no pressure from John and got told to take time looking at it. I had a test drive of the car the same day and was happy with the customer care and information provided.

There were some issues I had with it when first viewing but John and his business partner, Abi, agreed to fix the issues. MOT and service was provided (if MOT has less than 7 months on it) even replaced the 2 front tyres as they needed replacing. Proof of the work done was also provided which I was very pleased about.

After driving the car away there was a small issue of the coolant level going down but I got told to return the car and the issue was quickly dealt with.

I would definitely go back to Triple A Car Sales for my next car and recommend them to anyone. I wish them the best of luck for the future.

These guys are what buying a car should be about! I turned up unannounced, I was told to feel free to take a look around and ask for any keys I wanted. When I did, I was offered as much time as I wanted to go over the car, then if I wanted, let him know and he would take me for a test drive. I did just that, we went for a drive and I was happy to buy, however he said to take a bit of time if I wanted to and take another look around the car. There was no pressure, he was very forthcoming with any question, and a deal was done. This is the first used car dealer I'm happy to review/mention/recommend. The used car trade should look here for an example of what customer experience should be like. Nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional service! Very, very happy customer.

Absolutely brilliant service. Trust me I'm usually sceptical of car dealers. I've bought many cars over my 50 years and experienced good and bad. AAA Car Sales Darlington is definitely one of the very best. Great cars, very reasonable prices, non pushy and very helpful staff, expert finance advice... the whole experience was fantastic. Expert advice on the finance was a huge help for me and when I was happy doing an application they had an acceptance within 30 minutes. I drove away in my new car the very next day, super service! Even better than main dealer service and much cheaper. Oh and did I mention the hot chocolate is lovely! Massive thank you.

If you go anywhere in Darlington go to AAA car sales! Abi is a great guy and there's no force of sale. We test drove a Nissan Quashqai and fell in love with it straight away. We picked it up two days later after he had spent over 500 pound on the car in the garage to make sure it was 100 percent right for us . I would highly recommend. Car runs like a dream given its age. No pushy car salesmen and no fake people either. Also the guy who took us out for a test drive was a great character and a good driver, he showed us how everything worked while we were there to make sure we were 100 percent happy with our purchase thanks again Abi!
