Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, please see below our plans to keep things moving over the coming weeks whilst adhering to the guidance laid out by the Government. We will be fully open as normal until the 5th November 2020! Our showroom will not be open to the public from 5th November 2020 until further notice. However, our sales team will continue to be at work and at your disposal for any sales enquiries you may have, our website is fully functional enabling you to buy or reserve your car online. We will provide an online/virtual car sales process to you so that you can experience the full AAA Car Sales professional service from the comfort and safety of your own home! We will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video, provide detailed video tours of our stock and meet your all of your needs to ensure you are confident in the virtual buying process. Customers can still collect a car which has been purchased either online or via the telephone directly from our showroom in Darlington. All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both our staff and customers are safe. Home delivery options will also be available upon request, and all will be handled in a Covid19 secure manner. Our team remain on hand to assist with your aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat.
